• Feedback from the public consultation – collected at the public exhibition which takes place on Friday, 12 June and via this website – will be collated.
   

• Public consultation on the proposals will close on Sunday, 5 July 2026.
   

• Further pre-application meeting with Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council and a pre-application meeting with KCC Highways will also be held.
   

• We will then further evolve the design.
   

• Submission of four Outline Planning Applications to Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council will take place later this year.
